ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent for the sake of complying with the order passed by this Court has acted in a hasty

manner and even without conducting a proper survey, the patta transfer order has been passed. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to direct the respondent to once again conduct survey in the presence of the petitioner and the Forest Department.

2.In the considered view of this Court, the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners cannot be acted upon in a contempt petition. If the petitioners have any grievance regarding the patta transfer order dated 12.12.2025, the petitioners have to workout their remedy by questioning the same. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition.
