O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider and pass an order in the petitioner's appeal dated 20.01.2025 and consequently direct the respondents to post him in Shop No.9359 as a salesman with subsistence allowance from the period of his suspension dated 31.08.2020.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the appeal of the petitioner dated 20.01.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
