ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to extend the time for executing the sureties before the learned Judicial 1/4
Magistrate, Vanadavasi, as per the order of this Court in Crl.M.P.No.10482 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.No.9194 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12463 of 2024 dated 26.07.2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 03.06.2024 and the certified copy of the said order was received on 14.06.2024. However, the petitioners were unable to execute the sureties within the stipulated 15 days and therefore filed a petition for extension of time in Crl.M.P.No.919 of 2024, which was allowed on 27.06.2024 granting a further period of two weeks for compliance. Subsequently, as the petitioners could not execute the sureties within the extended period, they again sought extension of time by filing Crl.M.P.No.10482 of 2024, which was also allowed on 26.07.2024 with an additional two weeks time..
Now, the present petition has been filed seeking a further extension of time to execute the sureties, as a total of eight sureties are required, and the completion of necessary formalities by all sureties, including the procurement of solvency documents, is taking some time. Hence, he prays to extend the time to execute the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12463 of 2024 dated 26.07.2024.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered subject to condition that the petitioners are directed to deposit Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the credit of the District Legal Services Authority, Tiruvannamalai and thereby, time is extended by two weeks to the petitioners to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 26.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12463 of 2025, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the proof of the aforesaid deposit shall be produced before the learned Magistrate concerned, at the time of executing sureties.
