The Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Subordinate Court, Ambattur in I.A.No.3 of 2025 in H.M.O.P.No.457 of 2025, dated 18.09.2025 dismissing the application filed by the petitioner seeking waiver of the cooling off period under Section 13(B)(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

2. It is seen from the records that the main original petition in H.M.O.P.No.457 of 2025 under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 was filed by the petitioners on 13.08.2025 seeking divorce. The six months period is stated to expire by 12.02.2026.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the next date of hearing is 24.02.2026.

4. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the Subordinate Court, Ambattur to take up the main original petition for consideration on 24.02.2026. No costs.
