When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Corporation submitted that the order

passed by this Court has been complied with and to substantiate the same, the proceedings dated 25.07.2025 were placed before this Court, wherein it is seen that the claim for regularization made by the petitioner has been rejected.

2. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition and the contempt petition stands closed.
