It was reported that the order of this Court dated 17.11.2025, directing the petitioner to pay costs of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority was not complied with and therefore, a petition was filed for extension of time in Crl.MP.No.23623 of 2025 and this Court, vide order dated 12.12.2025, extended the time to pay costs within one week pursuant to which, the order of this Court was complied with and a Memo of Compliance dated 18.12.2025 to that effect has also been filed before this Court.
