ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioners herein to modify the condition imposed on them by the Hon'ble Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.4392 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025, that to report before the respondent police daily twice at 10:00AM and 05:30 PM for a period of 30 days.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners herein by the Hon'ble Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.4392 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
