O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted to the 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.28644 of 2025 dated 22.10.2025.

2. It is seen that, this Court after considering the merits of the case elaborately, granted anticipatory bail to the 2nd respondent. Now, the defacto 1/4

complainant/petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking cancellation of bail stating that, while granting anticipatory bail, the alteration of the offences have not been intimated to this Court and further in this case, cell phone also not been recovered. Hence, he prayed for cancellation of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. I have gone through the materials produced before this Court. This Court after considering the long relationship between the parties, granted anticipatory bail and in the FIR, it is stated that bail petitioner has only sent SMS and threatened the defacto complainant. Hence, I am of the view that reasons stated for cancellation of anticipatory bail to the 2nd respondent is not sufficient.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
