ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 17.10.2025 made by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation on 17.10.2025 to cancel the protest petitions pending before the respondents after conducting enquiry. However, the said representation was not considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner will be considered by the respondents and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 3 to 2/4

consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2025 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
