[Made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 to implement the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 15.10.2024 made in Na.Ka.No.5929/AA2/2023 by removing encroachment within a stipulated time.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, based on instructions given by the revenue authorities, would submit that inspection and survey were conducted, encroachments were identified and the authorities have decided to proceed with enforcement action by following the procedure as contemplated under the relevant Act and Rules.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the 20th respondent would submit that his portion of the land is patta land. If so, the 20th respondent is at liberty to submit his explanation along with documents at the time of issuance of notice by the competent authority under the provisions of the Act. However, the High Court cannot adjudicate the disputed facts relating to civil rights.

4. In view of the fact that the authorities have already identified encroachments, the official respondents are directed to proceed with enforcement action by following the procedure as contemplated under the relevant Act and Rules in force. It is needless to state that an opportunity is to be provided to encroachers. The entire exercise is directed to be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
