These Habeas Corpus Petitions are allowed and the Detention Orders passed by the second respondent in C.M.P.No.74/Goonda/2025 (M1) and C.M.P.No.73/Goonda/2025 (M1), both dated 31.08.2025, are hereby set aside.

2. The detenus, viz., Rameshkumar, S/o. Seerangan, aged 40 years, (HCP No. 2302/25) and Karthik, S/o. Asokan, aged 41 years (HCP No. 2310/25) now confined in Central Prison, Salem, are hereby directed to be set at liberty forthwith unless their presence is required in connection with any other case.
