2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23092 of 2025 order dated 01.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
