ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the case is of civil in nature but criminal colour has been given and the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that it is a case registered under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420, 447 r/w.120(B) and 34 of IPC. The petitioners have joined together and created fabricated documents and are said to have executed a sale deed in the year 1982 and the investigation is in its very nascent stage. He would further submit that there are sufficient materials to proceed.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the investigation of the case is at its nascent stage, this Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage. Therefore, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible. 2/4
