This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed seeking withdrawal of O.P.No.2187 of 2025 pending on the file of VII Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of VI Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. The petitioner has got remedy to move the transfer application before the Principal Judge of Family Court seeking transfer of the case from the VII Additional Family Court to VI Additional Family Court, Chennai. Therefore, this court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

3. Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai seeking remedy. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
