ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) and Section 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.513 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.28776 of 2025 by order dated 23.10.2025 on the 1/4

following conditions:

"Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner herein has 3 previous cases of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant extraremedy of anticipatory bail to the petitioner".

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is the third bail application filed by the petitioner. He further submitted that there is a change in circumstances that the co-accused was released on bail. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that the co-accused was released on statutory bail on 13.09.2025, this Court finds that no change in circumstances has been established to revisit the earlier order.
