PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest pending investigation in Crime No. 406 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER

This Court twice dismissed the anticipatory bail petitions filed by the same petitioners. Now, the petitioners have filed receipts showing UPI payment and stated that nearly Rs.4,00,000/- have been repaid by the petitioners herein. However, I am not inclined to re-consider the same since money have been paid by some other persons and without verifying the authenticity of the said transactions, it is not possible for this Court to go into the said facts and conditions under which the said payment is made, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier orders. 2.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 10.11.2025 MSM To
