This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 155 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur in Crl.M.P.No. 1 of 2024 dated 13.02.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 155 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
