ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the conditional order "8(b) the petitioner shall stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Inspector of Police, Chengalpattu Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. ssi petitioner shall not enter the jurisdictional limit of the respondent police" dated 23.09.2025 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25746 of 2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25746 of 2025 dated 23.09.2025, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdictional limit of the victim girl, where she is residing".
4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
