ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 2 nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation / complaint dated 19.07.2025 by conducting a proper enquiry. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is duly appointed and continuing Trustee of Dewi Saraswathi India Trsut, founded

by his mother. The petitioner came to know that the 4 th respondent, who is the sister of the petitioner in collusion with third parties, has misappropriated Trust funds and without any approval or consent from the petitioner appointed three new Trustees and executed Supplementary Trust Deed dated 02.07.2025 and registered the same in the 3 rd respondent Office in Doc.No.29 of 2025. Therefore, the petitioner sent a complaint to the respondents 1 to 3, requesting to take action against the 4 th respondent for registering the forged document. Since no action was taken so far, based on the said complaint, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court suggested the petitioner to approach the Civil Court, which is the proper forum to resolve the dispute in the present case and the Civil Court found mistake on the part of the 4 th respondent, the petitioner can make a representation to the Authorities concerned to take proper action. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with grant liberty to approach the Civil Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Taking into consideration of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Civil Court. No costs. 30-10-2025 rst Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
