Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to Notice B3/12160/91, dated 13.06.1991 issued by the 2nd respondent and its consequential Notice RCA2/20139/91, dated 30.09.2002 and quash the same and in consequence to direct the respondents to allot the land comprised in T.S.No. 12/2, 900 sqft., situated at Plot No.8, 99/B, Velacherry Road, Adyar Village, Guindy, Chennai-32, the petitioner as per the Tamilnadu Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976.
