This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No. 90/2025, on the file of the respondent police and quash the same. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, FIR in Crime No.90 of 2025 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 140(2) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 3(1)(h) & 3 (2)(v) of the SC/ST (PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES) ACT. After investigation, final report has been filed in E.Filing No. LTN20220002303C20250026 before the SC/ST SPL.COURT, CUDDALORE, on 01.09.2025.
