Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents No.1 to 5 to enroll the names of beneficiaries of "Sencholai Mananala Kaapagam" run by Humanitarian Trust as eligible voters in the upcoming voter's list and consequently direct the respondents to take necessary suitable action to facilitate them to cast their vote in the upcoming elections by considering the representation dated 18.09.2025 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
