(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 580 days in filing the above writ appeal.
2. Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioner.
3. Mr.C.Iyyappa Raj, learned counsel accepts notice for the first respondent and Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned counsel accepts notice for the second respondent.
4. Though the learned counsel for the first respondent vehemently opposed condonation of delay, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay of 580 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered.
5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
