ORDER
The Revision challenges the order passed in M.P.No.2 of 2025 in M.C.No.9 of 2025 directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- to the 1/4
first respondent and Rs.2,000/- to the second respondent. This Court by the order dated 28.11.2025 had granted interim stay on the condition that the petitioner shall pay a total sum of Rs.7,000/- as monthly maintenance to the respondents.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditional order. 3.The learned counsel for the respondents would fairly submit that subsequent to he impugned order, the learned Magistrate had modified the quantum of interim maintenance to Rs.7,000/- per month payable to both the respondents and in view of the same, the Revision may be disposed of. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner is paying Rs.7,000/- per month, the petitioner would continue to pay the said sum pending M.C.No.9 of 2025.
5.In view of the same, the Revision is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to continue to pay Rs.7,000/- per month, as interim maintenance to the respondents till the disposal of M.C.No.9 of 2025. 2/4
Further, the learned Magistrate is directed to dispose of M.C.No.9 of 2025 within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed. 27.01.2026 Tsg To The Judicial Magistrate Paramathi Vellore, Namakkal District.
