ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to consider the appeal/representation made by the petitioner on 02.07.2025, challenging the order passed by the 2 nd respondent in the proceedings dated 20.03.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the rectification of the error that has crept in the revenue records pertaining to the subject property.

3/5 2.Heard Mr.L.Dhamodharan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to deal with the appeal/representation made by the petitioner on 02.07.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
