ORDER
This Writ Petition is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the Prayer Portion as well as in the 1st Paragraph of the order dated 11.11.2025, it has been wrongly mentioned as 1/7
S.F.No.223/3B, whereas the correct number is S.F.No.226/3B, therefore prayed for appropriate correction in the order dated 11.11.2025.
3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the correct number is S.F.No.226/3B, the Registry is directed to incorporate the S.F.No.226/3B in the 5th line of the Prayer Portion, as well as 4th line in the 1st Paragraph of the order dated 11.11.2025 instead of S.F.No.223/3B and issue a fresh order copy.
Accordingly, this petition stands clarified.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction 1st and 2nd Respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2025 seeking permission to fix "Change Over Switch" for the Borewell belonging to the petitioner situated in S.F.No.223/3B, Nambiampalayam Village, Avinashi Taluk within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

It is the case of the petitioner that he had submitted a representation dated 26.09.2025 to the respondents seeking permission to fix "Change Over Switch" for the Borewell situated in his property. However, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.
4. Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2025 and pass orders on the same within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2025 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed.

In view of the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested parties.
7. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
