ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 30.08.2025, seeking sanction and disbursement of subsistence allowance to the petitioner from 01.04.2025 till date, along with interest, under Rule 53(1)(a)(iii) of the Tamil Nadu Fundamental Rules, 1992. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third and fourth respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 30.08.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
