This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to select the petitioner's name in the Round-3 allotment list for UG NEET-Medical/Dental/BAMS course (2025-2026) by considering her representation dated 13.10.2025 sent through Mail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent produced the communication of the Convenor CENTAC, Government of Puducherry. It is seen that the petitioner has been allotted the seat in Sri Venkateswaraa Dental College according to Merit and based on her course preferences.
