This Petition has been filed to implead BPCL Staff Residence Welfare Society, represented by its Secretary, S.Ezhilan as the third respondent in the main writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the first respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. However, considering the fact that already certain individuals have been impleaded as the respondent Nos.3 to 8, this petitioner is impleaded as the respondent No.9.
