O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to pass orders based on the enquiry conducted by the first respondent on 26.08.2025 under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner under Section 23 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the second respondent and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
