ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking direction to the learned District Munsif, Udumalpet to dispose of the suit in OS No.62 of 2025, within a time frame, fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for recovery of possession of the property against the respondent. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed along with the typed set of papers would indicate that written statement of the defendant was filed on 07.10.2025 and the suit is now posted for framing issues. Taking into consideration that the pleadings of the parties were already completed and issues were also framed, this court is inclined to direct the learned District Munsif, Udumalpet to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.62 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible.

3. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
