ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking direction to the learned District Munsif, Udumalpet to dispose of the suit in OS No.64 of 2025, within a time frame, fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for recovery of possession of the property against the respondent. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed along with the typed set of papers would indicate that the respondent/defendant was served with summons only recently and she has not filed her written statement. In such circumstances, I am not inclined to issue a direction to the Trial Judge to expedite and dispose of the suit.

4. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew his request, after substantial progress in the suit.
