This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.15000 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19697 of 2025 requiring the petitioner to report before the respondent police station every Saturday at 10.00 a.m. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police that the petitioner has not been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. 3.Though the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not been regularly complying the condition, considering the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.15000 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.19697 of 2025, dated 04.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
