2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner had applied for the post of General Nursing and Midwife pursuant to the Medical Services Recruitment Board (MRB) Notification dated 23.06.2019 and secured 54% marks. Since she was not considered for appointment, she made a representation dated 22.09.2025, after a lapse of six years from the date of notification, to appoint her in the said post based on her marks.

4. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent that the petitioner is coming under the category of BC and she has secured 54% marks, however under the said category, the last selected candidate had secured 64.5% marks. Therefore, the relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition cannot be granted.
