ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the bail condition of the petitioner that "(b) the petitioner shall report before the Villupuram Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" imposed by this Court in the order dated 25.09.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.26450 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.26450 of 2025 dated 25.09.2025, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the victim girl where she is residing ".
4. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
