ssi 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent. 3.In view of the submissions made and the averments adduced in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that impleading the defacto complainant as a respondent in Crl.M.P.No.19316 of 2025 filed by the petitioner/A2 is necessary.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title in Crl.M.P.No.19316 of 2025.
