ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. The Mediation Centre sent the report dated 19.02.2026 enclosing the joint memo of compromise, dated 19.02.2026, signed by both the parties and their respective counsel.

2. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memo of compromise, dated 19.02.2026. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
