PRAYER: Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 of Cr.P.C./ Section 438 of BNSS, praying to set aside the order dated 30.07.2025 in M.C.No.282 of 2023 on the file of the learned Family Court, Chennai, and enhance the maintenance amount and pass such further orders. For Petitioners :

ORDER

The revision petition has been filed seeking enhancement of the maintenance awarded to the petitioners, by the order in M.C.No.282 of 2023 dated 30.07.2025 1/4

2. When the matter came up for hearing earlier, this Court had directed the parties to appear before the Mediation Centre. It is now reported that the parties have arrived at a compromise and that a settlement agreement has been entered into between the petitioners and the respondent herein, by which the respondent has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.80,00,000/- (Rupees Eighty Lakh only) towards full and final settlement of all the claims of the 1st petitioner/wife and the child.

3. The petitioners are present in person and have acknowledged the receipt of the sum of Rs.80,00,000/- from the respondent in terms of the settlement.

4. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the revision petition stands disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 25.11.2025 entered into between the parties before the Mediation Centre.
