This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 12.08.2025 and 2.9.2025 respectively seeking revocation of the order of suspension and reinstatement in service in the light of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex court in C.A. no 10856 / 2016 dated 23.1.2025 in 2/5

the case of Bhupinder Singh Vs Unitech Limited and others. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 12.08.2025 and 02.09.2025 seeking revocation of order of suspension dated 21.06.2025 in the light of GO.Ms.No.81 Human Resource Management (N) Department dated 04.08.2022 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
