ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time to the petitioner to comply the conditions as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.171 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the copy of the order was received on 06.10.2025 and immediately he executed surety before K.RAJASEKAR , J.

Crl.M.P.No.20933 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.171 of 2025 ssi the Court below but he failed to report before the respondent police to comply the condition since the first accused informed the petitioner that he is going to settle the matter, so no need to comply the conditions, believing the words the petitioner did not report before the respondent police to comply the condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to extend the time to execute the conditions.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and thereby, time is extended and the petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 10.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.171 of 2025, from 17.11.2025.
