ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Learned Special Government Pleader as well as learned Standing Counsel would submit that survey has been conducted and encroachments are identified.

Thereafter, notices have been issued.

2. Since encroachments are identified in the water body, respondents 3 to 5 are directed to conclude the enforcement action by following the procedure and by affording opportunity to the parties. Identified encroachments in the water body are directed to be removed by following the

procedure and conclude the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
