2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioners have not been complied with the conditions not even a single day and without complying the conditions now they have come forward for seeking modification of the conditions on the ground that the petitioners are resident of Coimbatore.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners since the case was registered against the respondent police and that after considering the merits of the case only granted bail with condition to appear before the respondent police.
