ORDER

A letter has been addressed to the Registry by the learned counsel for the petitioner, requesting the Registry to list the matter for withdrawal. Accordingly, Registry has listed the matter for withdrawal. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also present. However, the learned counsel for the sixth respondent would submit that this writ petition cannot be withdrawn.

2. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the respective contentions. Since the petitioner seeks for withdrawal of this writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving it open for the respective parties to agitate their respective rights if at all they have any cause of action against the other by initiating separate legal proceedings in accordance with law.
