ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 17.07.2025 and pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.A.S.Bhuvaneswaran, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for first respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the sixth respondent submitted an appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer and based on the same, patta was issued in his name. Aggrieved by the same, an appeal was filed before the first respondent and the same was taken on file in g/K/1072-2025-m4/ Since there was no progress, this writ petition has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be 2/4

a direction to the first respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the private respondents and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
