ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time granted to the petitioner for executing the bail bond as stipulated in para 7 of the order dated 10.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.18623 of 2025 for a further period of four weeks.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 10.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.18623 of 2025 directed the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready. He further submitted that due to inadvertent mistake in the said order, the petitioner was unable to execute the same, and the period of fifteen days was lapsed. Hence, he prays to extend the time for a period of four weeks to execute the condition.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and thereby, time is extended by one week to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 10.07.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.18623 of 2025, from the date, on which the order copy is made ready
