O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner in accordance with the orders of this Court in W.P.No.34099 of 2019 dated 09.01.2020, following the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in C.A.Nos.3745-3754 of 2020, dated 05.03.2021, within stipulated time and then appoint the existing vacancies as per the notification No.02/2025, dated 10.07.2025, may be fixed by this Court.
2. On perusal of records, it is revealed that aggrieved by the order passed in W.P.No.34099 of 2019, the respondents therein filed Writ Appeals in W.A. Nos. 419 and 421 to 429 of 2020, which are dismissed by order dated 19.03.2020 passed by the Division Bench of this Court. Therefore, the respondents therein preferred Civil Appeal Nos. 3745-3754 of 2020 before 2/5
the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and the same are dismissed by order dated 05.03.2021. Now, the respondents filling up the post without considering the petitioner's candidature to the post of PG Assistant in Economics.
3. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to implement the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34099 of 2019, dated 09.01.2020, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 11.11.2025 Index:Yes/No kv 3/5
