ORDER
The Revision challenges the order passed in M.P.No.1610 of 2024 in M.C.No.328 of 2023.
2.The respondent had filed M.C.No.328 of 2023 claiming a monthly maintenance of Rs.30,000/-. Pending the MC, the learned Family Court Judge had directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.8,000/- per month from 28.11.2023 till the disposal of the main MC. Even according to the petitioner, he is drawing a salary of Rs.22,000/-. The learned Judge found that the monthly expenditure incurred by the respondent is Rs.15,000/- and had directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.8,000/-.
3.This Court finds no infirmity in the impugned order. Hence, the Revision is dismissed. However, the learned trial Judge may consider disposing of M.C.No.328 of 2023, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
