This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 486 days in filing the revision against the order passed in M.C. No. 328 of 2023 on the file of the learned VI Additional Family Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 486 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
