The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to investigate and file final report pursuant to the FIR in Crime No.223 of 2024 dated 20.06.2024 on the file of the respondent police. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of one month.

Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.223 of 2024 within a period of one month from today.
