ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.10.2025 for the offences punishable under Section 5(1) 5(j) (ii), 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.455 of 2024, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the case is now altered from 5(l) 5(j)(ii) r/w 6 of POCSO Act 2012 to 5(l) 5(j)(ii) r/w 6 of POCSO Act 2012 & 3(1) (w)(l) of SC/ST (POA) Act 1989.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Special Court for SC/ST Act and work out his remedy.
